Like for « la fille au bar » (original painting from Edouard Manet, Courtauld institute, London) We created a couple of videos inspired by famous paintings basically to illustrate the concept of video-painting. Today in our rotation you can find the famous « Déjeuner sur l’herbe » also by Edouard Manet and coproduced by Paris Premiere, « American Nude » inspired by Tom Wesselman and « Odalisque », a reference to Henri Matisse and his obsession with curvy woman in sumptuous oriental décors.
