QNQ/AUJIK (Sweden, 1973) lives and works in Otsu (Japan) studied at Umea Academy of Fine Arts (Sweden) and was inspired by Ray Kurzweils and Vernor Vinges ideas about Technological Singularity. He is interested in how artificial intelligence relates to emotions, psychology, nature and consciousness. AUJIK is a new age group that shares Shintos belief that everything of nature is animated, even the things that we consider the most artificial and synthetic. Just as with other forms of animism, AUJIK worships everything that comes out of nature and regards it as spiritual beings. The main difference with AUJIK is that science and technology is considered as sacred as stones and trees.

A Forest within a Forest (2010) The video is about the technological singularity and general artificial intelligence according to the philosophy of Japanese/South Korean new age group AUJIK. Polygon Graffiti: an Uguisu Morph (2010) "And the places they most haunt are the loveliest - high shadowy groves where the uguisu sings in green twilight, above some voiceless shrine with its lamps and its lions of stone so mossed as to seem things born of the soil like mushrooms." Glimpses of Unfamiliar Japan. Lafcadio Hearn 1892. SOUNDTRACK Christ - Odyssey 31

The Ishiyama Excursion (2009) features third incarnation AUJIK artifacts at an excursion at the Ishiyama dera in Japan.
